The terms that apply to this website and to our service engagements.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website vrdteleinformatica.com.br and, where indicated, the provision of services by VRD Teleinformatica LLC. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

4. Information on this website
Content is provided for general information about our services. Specifications, timescales and capabilities described here are typical examples and do not constitute an offer or a warranty. Only a signed written proposal or service agreement forms a contract between us.
5. Quotations and contracts for services
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise.
- Quotations are based on the scope and site conditions observed at survey. Undisclosed conditions may require a priced change order, which we will submit for your written approval before proceeding.
- Work commences on written acceptance of the proposal and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed deposit.
- Standard payment terms are 40% on order and the balance on completion, net 15, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Title to supplied equipment passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery to site.
6. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for twelve months from practical completion. Components supplied by us carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty, which we will administer on your behalf. The warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party alteration, misuse, power events, environmental damage or works performed by others.
7. Client responsibilities
To deliver on schedule we require safe and timely site access, working power in comms rooms, disclosure of known hazards including asbestos, and a nominated contact able to make decisions. Delays caused by access or information not being available may affect the schedule and, where costs are incurred, may be chargeable.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or loss of anticipated savings.
9. Third-party services
Where we resell or configure third-party services such as hosted telephony platforms or internet circuits, those services are subject to the provider's own terms and service levels. We will assist with escalation but cannot guarantee the performance of another provider's network.
10. Cancellation
Projects cancelled after acceptance but before mobilisation are subject to recovery of costs already incurred, including non-returnable materials. Support plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice unless a longer minimum term is stated in your service schedule.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable where you live.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies.
