VRD Teleinformatica LLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

1. Standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort rather than a finished task, and we review the site when we add or change content.

• A "skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• Visible keyboard focus styles on links, buttons and form controls
• Text and background colour combinations checked for contrast
• Form fields with associated visible labels rather than placeholder-only labelling
• Reduced motion honoured: animations are disabled when your operating system requests reduced motion
• Responsive layout that supports zoom to 200% without loss of content

3. Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded mapping services, may not be fully accessible because it is outside our control. Where that occurs, the same information — for example our full postal address — is always available as plain text on the page.

4. Alternative formats

If you cannot access information on this site, we will supply it in another format at no charge. That includes large print, plain text or a spoken explanation over the telephone.
