Before work begins

We discuss site conditions, the existing systems, the business goals and any access restrictions. Your proposal should identify included work, equipment, responsibilities, pricing and dependencies.

During the project

Coordinate access, agree appropriate work windows and identify services that need to stay available. Any requested change should be reviewed for its effect on scope, timing and cost.

At handover

Review the agreed installation and documentation together. Any ongoing monitoring, maintenance or support is defined separately so that coverage and expectations remain clear.
